Date for CT scan couldn’t be given without approval by Radiologist who wasn’t on the premises. This meant I couldn’t get the prep med ahead of scan unless I returned later. I couldn’t do that and therefore initial scan date of 28th Dec pushed to 9th Jan because posted prep medication might be delayed by Royal Mail strike.

All staff were excellent with the exception of getting a date for my CT scan.
