Would be good to receive letters in pdf format so I can share with my other doctors. My Chart is great but it's not terribly helpful to have everything on there without the ability to download results or letters. Similarly it would be helpful to be able to upload letters prior to treatment. I had to send them via e-mail (though no one actually asked me for prior records) rather than being able to upload them on My Chart - seems like quite a bit of work still needs to be done here.
