In my opinion the follow up communications were deficient

Improve telephone communications and make sure that transfer of calls are completed and not disconnected and make sure that patients can contact persons who are qualified to answer questions.

Correspondence and telephone enquiries relating to correspondence received is very deficient and in my opinion represent a discredit for CCL
