The staff and the place are amazing. I don't think anywhere else is so friendly and caring. The flowers are beautiful - nice addition.

I love the main entrance with the drop down stairs (I'm on crutches). When the access step is in use I think you need to make sure that there is someone who can stop the idiots on their mobile phones injuring themselves. The question on cost is difficult to answer especially if you have private medical insurance and the appointment is a follow up because something is not right.
