I thought overall excellent, greeting and check in were exceptional. nursing very good and consultant excellent

Only thing I wasn't a fan of was the scales and height measurement machine and blood pressure in a hallway by the entrance door. I could hear other patients discussing their weight and results and everyone could see everyone which felt a bit odd.

the guy greeting downstairs and directing you is exceptional. didn't catch his name but best greeting I have ever had at a private hospital
