I was seen promptly at the clinic but was quite surprised that there was still only one working lift. This lift was also out of order when I visited back in November. As the single working lift was busy both times I decided to take the stairs. Perhaps another lift could be made available somewhere else in the building? Dr Burn took time to explain what he could see on the scan and was overall a positive experience.
