The process of booking appointments is poor. In order to get approval by BUPA I needed to have the radiologists name and this was not given when the appointment was made so I had to phone again to get authorisation from Bupa. This did not come in time so had to rebook, I was told it would be the same radiologist but it wasn't as appointment was on a different day and the procedure was delayed whilst I phoned Insurance company to get a new authorisation before procedure could go ahead. I suggest when an appointment is made the consultant's name who will be carrying out treatment is always given to save time and hassle.
