We weren’t greeted when we arrived, A,C was too high so felt very cold had to move to a different location in the waiting room as I got pain in my head from the coldness. The toilets were very poor & old fashioned not tidy paper towels just on side not in towel holder. toilet paper and paper towels on floor. I’m disabled so this was dangerous. The mens toilets my husband used had broken mirror and had been taped up. Not really a very comfortable waiting area and facilities. However the doctor I saw was 5 ⭐️ and gave me all the time I needed and was very thorough. friendly and polite.

Warmer waiting area and new toilet facilities that are clean and tidy. Would of been nice to of been welcomed and told where the toilets were and to help ourselves to drinks Instead of asking if we were at the right place and just sat down didn’t really find the reception area friendly they were just doing their job to the minimum. Could do with a bit more customer service snd a smile goes a long way.

My Doctor was very friendly and kind and had time to listen.
