The overall service was very efficient, support was given without being asked for at all stages.

The seating in the waiting area was not very comfortable, I arrived early and so had a longer time waiting and the chairs were not comfortable and the sofa's were too low considering my injury and so I did not try these.

The care and service from the nurses, especially Akeem and Mr Mushtaq. Really felt reassured about the next steps for the treatment plan.
