Dr. Maniyar is excellent. He was well prepared and had clearly refreshed himself on my details and case from my previous appointment, so we were able to launch straight into the appointment. Unfortunately, the video didn't work, so we ended up having a telephone conversation without video, but in the circumstances that was fine. It would have been more of a problem had I not seen him previously in London, I think, but given that I had, it was fine. He explained everything very clearly, was happy to discuss everything I wanted to, and I came away with answers to all my questions and a clear plan of action. I couldn't have asked for more!

Other than the problem with the video, which could happen any time, nothing!

I was very impressed by all the staff I met when I had an in-person appointment there at the end of November last year. Dr. Maniyar's medical secretary has been very efficient and pleasant in dealing with queries, and Conor in your accounts department has been very impressive in dealing with queries and providing legible invoices for my insurer!
