Share review of Cleveland Clinic Portland Place Outpatient Centre
I was happy with my meeting with the consultant , who recommended some tests I should ask my GP to arrange for me.
I asked my consultant to please post me her report and recommendayions in hard copy. I struggle with certain aspects of online comunication.
A few days later I received an email from your clinic saying that I could access my informtion by logging on and registering ....at this point I do not have the capacity or patience to dream up another password and negotiate another 'portal'. I am of a generation ( DOB 1952) who is not fluent in such things and not really very interested. A letter will do.
After two weeks I had recieved no information by post, so I called the consultant's secretary and asked her to please send me a hard copy . She agreed to do so. Two more weeks have passed and I am still waiting for my information to arrive in the mail.
I need my consultants feedback immediately so I can book the tests she recommends.
