Dr Wu is an outstanding general practitioner although it can be hard to keep up with her rapid thinking and talking. It was a privilege to see her.

Suggested improvements
The facilities are really poor. There is no support in the toilets to get up from the loo. I nearly crashed while using a plastic waste bin for support. There should be rails and handles like a proper hospital. Same in the reception areas: fewer hotel-type sofas, more upright, strong chairs with high arms and a sturdy base. The consulting rooms should have a railing to help wobbly sick old people to stand upright. There should be hooks around so that people an hang up a walking stick while opening a wallet or a handbag at a reception desk. What proportion of your clientele have walking sticks pr crutches? Where do you expect these people to put them while they are doing what they need to do like check in, sit and stand, undress, move around etc? Th thinking behind the furnishing is shoddy.

The luxury of seeing such fine doctors.
