I trust the professionality of the doctor. I could make all my questions and get an answer. For one particular question the doctor did not want to give his opinion.

I would have a comment on the Follow up made by the Appointments team after my visit to the doctor (to book tests and follow up with the doctor). I believe that they are a bit pushy calling to book a follow up meeting one month before taking the tests that i need. Also, they were asking the personal details to "verify" that I am actually the patient. In a world with so many online scams i feel very uneasy giving my information to unknown people (even if they say the call me from Cleveland). I feel very uneasy giving my date of birth or my post code as these are also details provided for online banking for example. Hence I would appreciate if the Appointments team don't call me anymore. It is my responsibility to make the appointments hence I will call the Appointments team instead of they calling me.
