Basically I came for my MRI scan on 27/07/22. This was my very first private appointment via Bupa. + never been in this new hospital before. I love that I felt welcomed. Easy check-in. The cafe is lovely. The lady (by the sectary guided myself & my sweet, mother. Class/state of the art hospital. Very clean environment. Ok atmosphere. There's couple of issues that I've experienced. Basically I was not informed that I may be injected, before the MRI scan. As a deaf person, please be deaf aware. (This is not the first time I've experience). Unfortunately. To keeps on reminding the nurses to remove their facemask, so I can lip-read. & lastly, one of the nice lady nurse (Maria) I think her name is, basically was quite fast when asking me the questionnaires on the fill-out form. That it. Overall, very satisfied with the care I've received. Thank you. Appreciate it. A
