Right from the minute you walk onto the Cleaveland Clinic, you are made to feel special. Everyone is very attentive, polite and friendly . Everyone is knowledgeable of their role and efficient in doing their job.
-very comforting atmosphere
-Dr Paul Jarman is an exceptional Neurologist. He is the reason I traveled to the UK for treatment.
-He is confident in the decisions he makes regarding my care, which is very reassuring to me.
-sets out a clear plan of care and ensures understanding from me.
-very accommodating in regards to appointments.
-Ensured I seen all the other Consultants he wanted me to see in a timely manner.
-writes very detailed reports after my appointments which are great yo have when return home to show my Drs.
-very easy to talk too.
-he did a lot of communicating with other consultants regarding my care. A lot of time spent after my appointment finished
