The consultant forgot to sign my prescription, so I couldn’t get the medication. When I called back,the administrative assistant was rude and hung up on me. I sent multiple emails with no answers. I kept calling the next day with no answer from the assistant of the consultant. It went on for 24h without me being able to get my medication. Finally after sending an email to complain, another consultant signed me the prescription but I had to go back to Portland place to get it (it came at a cost, and was highly inconvenient given my sickness)

Suggested improvements
Answer emails and phone calls. In cases of urgency, reach out to the consultants instead of saying you have no ways to join them as if they didn’t have any mobile phone. Be more polite and never hang up on a patient
