All staff from doorman, security, check-in were polite, caring and helpful, everything I practise but which is not practiced by all of London’s Clinics or Hospitals.
My son and I were pleasantly surprised by the good, kind nature of ALL the staff, regardless of importance, and found to date the Cleveland has beaten, hands down, the London Clinic, London Bridge, Princess Grace etc in all aspects of receiving out-patients. Well done!
Please pass on my comments to the head of Cleveland.
Suggested improvements
The appointment went perfectly.
Door man, security after him and Maureen the nurse. But all staff were of the same caring standard, so important when one is ill, which is why we are there!
My trip from Surrey to the clinic took 2 hours from Surrey. I arrived with crutches and a pelvis broken in 3 places and in pain from being in a car for so long.
I return to Cleveland next week for a scan, I hope I will be met by the same high standards and care as the first time.
