Was on hold for 30 minutes waiting for DR Nathan to arrive. I called the front desk who chased on my behalf. Eventually we connected on video to find out that he did not have my medical notes. On hold for another 10 minutes. Told i will be called back in 30 minutes. No phone call. No email. I still dont know my results which in the 1st meeting were communicated as being worse case cancer. I have had to chase up the appointment.

Suggested improvements
Call to be on time. Dr to have all my notes available otherwise to move the meeting.
