The treatment we received from the moment we walked through the doors was absolutely fantastic. Everyone we spoke to was kind, polite and very helpful. We arrived quite early for our appointment and was slightly worried, however the staff were amazing, checked us in, seated us and brought drinks for us. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience with yourselves, thank you for making a nervous time so much easier.

Every single member of staff, from the person greeting us at the door to the professor we were there to see. All absolutely wonderful.
