There were 2 members of staff greeting clients on arrival. I was asked to take a seat in waiting area on arrival as both receptionists were busy checking in clients. While I was waiting, another client arriving well after me walked straight up to reception and was checked in. When I was seen by a receptionist, my check in took about 5 minutes, despite this being my 2nd visit to Portland Place, my 5th appointment under Professor Lambiase and the various online forms I had completed in advance. I arrived at 9:44 for a 9:45 appointment and did not clear reception until 10:00.
