In the last month I have seen Professor Cohen, Mr Vashisht and Dr Zarate Lopez and I have been very satisfied with the standard of care I have received from each of them.

Suggested improvements
I am however very unhappy with some aspects of the administration at the clinic. I am used to having direct contact with a consultant’s secretary, a copy of their report sent to me after the consultation and a direct contact to arrange appointments. I am experiencing problems with downloading the After Visit Reports on MyChart. Each time I press on the link to MyChart I am logged out. I have tried endless times during the day. It is proving very difficult to get any assistance to resolve the problem. This means I have no access to these reports which is completely unsatisfactory. I reported the problem this morning. The lady I spoke to was American and I was put on hold for a long time during which I listened to information regarding vaccination in the US! When she eventually came back on the phone she said there was a problem and she had reported it but was unable to help me further or to reassure me that someone would come back to me. I really felt she thought it wasn’t her problem! I have the Adobe Acrobat reader app on both my iPad and my MacBook Air and have tried repeatedly to download the documents on both. It is hugely frustrating!
