All staff from reception onwards were friendly and efficient, all the nursing staff were very caring.

1. My consultant Dr Anant Patel was excellent, he clearly explained what was going to happen, he really listened to my concerns and addressed them. I felt very safe.
2. Michael the nurse in the endoscopy/bronchoscopy department who looked after me, he stayed with me when I was the last patient and I’m sure he should have gone home. He was reassuring all day and very focused on my care.
