It was mainly a conversation with each of two doctors. Both were outstanding.

The ground floor "accessible" toilet isn't. The layout is amateurish. Ask a disabled person to review it. It needs support on both sides of the toilet to allow a disabled person to sit and stand. Get a toilet surround frame, please, and put one in a toilet on each floor. And please put more sturdy upright chairs, with arm rests, in the waiting areas and consulting rooms. The sofas are far too low for someone with a bad back; I sat on one and was unable to get up until someone else helped me.

The doctors are amazing.
