Professor Ware is clearly an outstanding doctor.

The toilets are dangerous. There is nothing to help me stand up from a seated position on the loo. Please fit some safety bars or grab handles or support rails, in all toilets, to avoid accidents. Likewise, the low sofas in the reception areas are ridiculous. The frail, ill and elderly need sturdy upright chairs with arms, to sit down on and get up from in safety. The same applies to consulting rooms. I nearly fell off a chair with no arms and an unstable base.
