Your "front of house" service and web based procedures (prior to consultation) are so overbearing and atrocious that this is very probably the first and last time I use the services of Cleveland Clinic which is a shame because Dr. Sawyer is an excellent G.P.

Quite the contrary, it was utter misery all the way to the consultation with the exception of the excellent medical secretary.
