This was my first time meeting Mr Bhan. He is all one could wish for in a consultant surgeon: kind, knowledgeable, empathetic and extremely observant. (He detected a potential issue I was unaware of.) My treatment is being paid for by private health insurance so I didn’t ask the cost - hence my rating.

Absolutely nothing. The premises are pristine, the staff warm, welcoming and efficient - and I particularly appreciate the transparency offered through My Chart. Being able to see test results and other info is a luxury not afforded through other private and NHS hospitals/clinics, in my experience.

I have been to both Portland Place and Grosvenor Place. Everyone has been excellent.
