I was happy with the appointment. The low score on some question is because it is not relevant. My care is being funded through insurance.

No one has yet contacted me regarding the follow up MRI and subsequent appointment that will follow. Have had no further contact and yet was told the MRI would be within the next week. I queried with the Clinic and they have advised they they have not been asked to organise that as yet.
