I have only answered all of the above questions because the survey wouldn’t let me move on unless I did. My consultation was a Zoom (online) consultation. What I will say is that Professor O’Brien and his secretary Samantha Mitchell were excellent. Sam was so kind and patient with me and she listened to me. I am morbidly obese and she did not judge me at all. She treated me as a human being with normal intelligence. So often people treat morbidly obese people as though their physical size makes them stupid. That’s why it’s so refreshing to talk to such a wonderfully lovely person like Sam. Cleveland is extremely fortunate to have such an employee. Professor O’Brien was all of the above qualities that Sam has. He LISTENED to me. He treated me as a person with FEELINGS. He UNDERSTOOD that I have a brain and was intelligent! I have total trust in him. He BELIEVED me. This was so refreshing. Together, both of them are an excellent team!!!

I asked Samantha Mitchell for a breakdown of the callout fee for Professor O’Brien to come and visit me at my home. I was upset when Samantha Mitchell told me that she had asked the accounts department to provide one they didn’t. I wanted to know which part of the fee what is the callout charge and which part of the fee was the consultation. I felt that they could have easily provided this information. I felt really sorry for Sam because she was put in the embarrassing position of having to tell me and I do not think that is fair. It is a lot of money and that is why I wanted to know which part was for which purpose. Please look into this matter and tell them to workIt out. It was not fair to do this to poor Samantha Mitchell.
