Dear All, My experience with Cleveland Clinic at 24 Portland Place was a total disappointment, disastrous I would say! Tried to book an appointment with ENT since January. Doctors’ secretaries takes days or rather week to respond and put me trough reception who booked my initial appointment with the wrong specialist. Trying to rectify the situation they booked another appointment and called a week later to say that the appointment was actually no longer available! I was then contacted by a clinic manager who after few emails back and forth organised the appointment to go ahead 30 minutes earlier for the 20th of Feb. Receptionists are not interested and show no care for patients, and the organisation as well as the clinic management is unreliable and have no control over. It took me 3 hours journey both times, infinite calls, emails, so much time and energy wasted! Dreadful experience!
