Attending a consultation can make one feel apprehensive, but everything about the management of my visit resulted in me feeling very calm and taken care of. Having welcomed me into his consultation room, the consultant immediately put me at ease by saying he felt he was in a position to help me. This set the tone for the rest of the consultation.
The professionalism and the friendliness of every member of staff I came into contact with. The staff at the front desk were so welcoming and immediately pointed me in the right direction. The nurses took me to the relevant part of the clinic. And the consultant was clear, friendly, receptive and helpful. I was very grateful for all their efforts.
