The doctor we see, looks after us the best possible way. We cannot ask for better care. He goes way beyond what a general practitioner provides in other practices. My wife, and I are very lucky to be looked after so well and treated like individuals.

The reception area downstairs is unsatisfactory. There is no privacy. I appreciate it will be difficult to alter the arrangements. Everybody in the area can hear who you are. Also, they can hear how much you are paying for the visit.. This is not ideal in such a high quality, first class healthcare establishment.. The armchairs in the waiting area are not comfortable. The motion control to open the front door to exit is difficult to operate or to understand.
