The radiotherapy team were great.
Although I’m happy with the medical care that I received, there was so much confusion regarding my appointments at the beginning which added to stress. There seems to be a lack of liaison among the different departments and the appointments either collided or seemed unworkable. Fortunately the team nurse Celia Simeon sorted them out for me.
Also parts of hospital are not very clean and the toilets are often out of function. I think the infrastructure needs looking in.
Thank you
I had an amazing treatment, the care of the staff was priceless (two months inpatient )
WELL THE STAFF REALLY TREATED ME VERY WELL AS I AM A PERSON THAT DOES NOT ASK FOR MUCH OR COMPLAIN AT ALL SO THAT IS WHY I SAY THAT THEY TREATED ME WITH RESPECT AND CARE
Very kind and helpful staff ensured my worries were answered and explained everything in good level of details.
Good Service aside the food.
Service was excellent by staff in particular Dr Haider Kareem who was very caring and thoughtful in giving me an injection during my visit at charing cross hospital.
Great hospital for neurosurgery.
Definitely recommend this hospital
I cannot fault the services I received at Charring Cross Hospital
In all my pre-surgery appointments (for CT scan, bone scan, mammogram, ultra-sound, core biopsy, and pre-admission) I was treated with kindness and courtesy. I stayed in hospital for one night after my surgery and nursing staff were outstanding in their care of me. My only criticism is the time spent waiting for some tests but when this happened staff always apologised.
