Knowing where I could go to ask questions whilst I waited for my operation.
Consultant and anesthetist arrived early to inform me of what they would be doing.
consultant was able to guesstimate how long before my operation so I had an idea about timings.

All staff for cleaners to tea people were really helpful polite. Very caring and friendly. I couldn't ask for any more.
