There was a mix up with the clinics. I was asked to come at 7 am but did not go to theatre until afternoon - this could obviously be improved. However, the moving staff were all lovely and did their utmost to make me as comfortable as possible and their care was excellent. I would have no problems with being treated here again and would be happy to recommend it to my family.

Nothing was ever a big ask. All the team were very understanding and caring. Can't thank you all enough from the ward assistants, catering to nurses, physio's, O.t and Dr's. Care had a personal touch to it, never did it seem like a chore. I honestly can't think of any way to improve. Never had such good care.

Excellent care. Transport for discharges. 12 hrs wait at scupthorpt to L.G.I 24 hrs wait at A/Allerton to home.

Even when there was constraints on the system as it was very busy all the staff made the effort to be polite, cheerful and helpful. Care was always very good and all the staff were welcoming and friendly. However the staff have a lot of work to do.

-Despite bed availability problem the staff attitude was admirable. In my case 3 locations in 1 day.
-Conversion and difficulties being experienced with new medicine control system.
-Disposable wash bowls not fit for purpose. Staff having to use 2 for 1 inserted.
