The ladies I saw were very good. I was looked after and they went into all my health issue. I had advice about how I could cope with my pain and other health issue.

Kindness, and chats, and patience.
Explained things well.
Encouraged me to do the exercises.
The sheets to explain the exercises and little diagrams!
The regularity to kick you into doing the exercises regularly - and then checking if was doing them correctly.

The care was fantastic by Katie the physio and I cannot see any areas that can be improved. In general a brilliant hospital with lovely staff. Other leads hospital could learn a lot from Chaple Allertan.

The staff were very helpful in suggesting ways to move which would relieve pain and with information re devices to support joints.
I felt that the staff cared about me and wanted to make my life better.

Kristy provided me with care when I felt very weak and unwell. I have been able to improve my mobility and strength and given exercises to maintain this. She gave me my confidence back with humour and perseverance!
I've also had lots of advice e.g stair climbing safety, wheelchair advice and I know I can contact her if I need one off advice or referral help for the future if needed!
