The lady on reception with white hair and glasses was rude and disrespectful. She spoke to me and other people like we were stupid.
I am very upset and won't be coming here again even if I need the same operation. People in the waiting room were gasping and shocked by how she was speaking to patients.

Prompt and friendly service.
My appointment was thorough and did not feel rushed.
The treatment room was clean and tidy too.
Dr. explained everything clearly and nurses were polite and caring.
