Own room with facilities waiting for op. Everyone introduced themselves. Very efficient, caring staff. Clean hospital in all areas I used. Good to see liaison between physios/nursing staff. Helpful information given. Very friendly staff.

Everything from coming in to going went well was very nervous and the lovely lady(Marilyn) on C4 made me feel relaxed chatting to me and took away my fears.

Could not check in at screens at entrance. Went to the waiting area (as far previous visit) and was redirected to C4. Very courteous and helpful.

Kept waiting for over an hour in waiting room- no delays written on board (1 hour 15 mins). Hospital too far from place of residence- four more hospitals nearer.

Consultation with Dr Hussein (dermatology) explained fully the future procedure which was very clear and understandable.
Very professional from all staff.
