My initial thoughts were the ward was clean, and the staff friendly + acted quickly upon requests. I was pleased a request for a social worker was dealt with quickly. Towards the end of my stay I felt certain members of staff had changed their way to treat me attitude.

Everyone who came on the ward from the students, cleaners and end of course the nursing staff, treated you as a person and helped you in any way they could.
