The whole experience was extremely positive the level of care was great, however as a transgender woman I did not appreciate being told basically your still a bloke because I did not meet that persons expectations of what a transwoman would be. That said from booking into post op the rest of the care and support was of a very high standard.

The nurses were very friendly and approachable. Felt welcomed from admission to discharge was as if I was in a private hospital. Always kept informed and updated by doctors and felt I was being properly cared for well done to all staff.
