Staff were all friendly and supportive. Treated me with dignity even when doing things such as using a bed pan or showering. Explained what was happening when I needed additional treatment.

All staff were really nice and pleasant, apart from one housekeeper who was very rude and ignorant. Her name is Susan Saw. I think she need some lessons, apart from that everybody was lovely.
