I find the care and the staff very kind and understanding. They gave me all the help and respected that am one. Couldn't ask for the physio staff have been helpful and given all the information that I have asked for.

I thought all nursing staff were for all patients put I buzzed and the nurse said she didn't to my side and to buzz again I didn't understand, it was nurse.

The response time was good and the help was excellent compared to the L.G.I more beds and more staff.

All areas of my care were absolutely brilliant. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Chapel Allerton to anyone from the tea ladies/men to the nurses, doctors, anaesthetist surgeon everyone has been friendly, helpful and nothing has been too much trouble. Thank you all (Sorry missed the physios :-)
