Good medical leadership. Positive. I have found the staff at Chapel allerton fantastic - at all levels they care about patient outcomes; Staff work across disciplines effectively. In my case I came in as orthopaedic case with rheumatoid and dermatology complication Negative. The communication between HCA's could be improved to prevent two people both trying to do the same job, everybody trying not efficient! The quality of the meals seems to have reduced since my last inpatient admission - is this due to a lower budget?

Excellent care from the staff on ward and in theatre. However he chairs in the waiting area were very uncomfortable particularly as I had a 5 hour wait for surgery. The chairs were too high and only one foot rest and no where to rest my painful shoulder. No communication re waiting time for surgery. Staff brilliant and very caring. Thank you.

The care was excellent, friendly and kind staff. the thing I think that needs to improve is to have more night nurses on duty. Too much work for only two nurses, that's when problems begin.
