Overall the nursing staff very efficient, usually seen on time, but was here early for my appointment, but seen 20 mins late!

Very efficient. Arrived early and had no wait at ECG or Bloods. Vivienne in pre assessment very kind, considerate and extremely efficient and brilliant at her job.
