Please attempt to stick to appointment times - especially when we are paying for parking. Also when we have children to pick up from school it makes it difficult when clinics are running late.

Absolutely nothing - availability of water perhaps (though the nurse did provide some).

Staff were most considerate nothing was too much trouble. There is no way I could possibly fluid any fault - in this way my appointment was concluded.
