I was more than satisfied with the care I received from all members of staff, from arriving to discharge. On the whole it was a warm and friendly experience.

The nurses were extremely friendly and confronted me prior to surgery. And one of the nurses made me feel very relaxed during surgery which was good. Aftercare very good too. :-)

The staff were very welcoming and made me feel at ease. They explained everything fully and answered any questions I had fully. I also felt I was able to tell them about my worries, and I did not feel rushed.
