Friendly staff genuine interest in patients use of first names. Good humor on the ward.
To improve- Cooler at night on ward fresh air through ward.
-Communication what is happening when - this well help patient plan particular on day of discharge.

Staff very friendly and knowledgeable. Well cared for loads of advice and help.
