The care and kindness I received from all the nursing staff was excellent and couldn't be faulted, and just as important the understanding and not treated like an idiot just because on elderly another plus for a great staff.

All staff pleasant, kind and caring. Surgeon's care excellent - kind understanding and encouraging and anaesthetics team total kindness and excellence. Feeling on ward that everyone works together for the benefit of the patient. Just occasional lapses in keeping pt fully informed.

I have had wonderful care with lots of thoughtfulness, good humor and genuine concern about .my welfare. I do think you should add "a pen".

All the staff have been lovely and very supportive, nothing has been too much trouble for them and I have felt very comfortable during my unexpected overnight stay.
The ward and facilities are very clean and tidy. Staff are constantly cleaning their hands with the alcohol scrub. Also lovely meals!
