The care given by both medical and auxilary staff was exemplary 95% of the time. The other 5% was down to lack of adequate staffing levels.
I have certain reservations about mixing neuro rehabilitation patients and physical rehab patients on the same ward. Something I broached during my stay in hospital.

All staff were extremely friendly, helpful and put you at ease. They are a credit to the hospital.
I don't think anything could be improved. The team are excellent.

Everybody was really friendly and only too willing to give me the care and attention I needed, and always explained what they were doing and why.
