At this moment in time there is nothing good about my care (1 1/2 late for appointment) received a phone call could I attend the clinic at 1500 on 22/6/16 -said yes.Letter sent to me to verify appointment.At this time of writing I am informed my appointment is approx 1630 what could be improved? Not knowing the system I do not know.All I do know is the fact that there are several patients who are frustrated with the delay.
