I was unable to raise/lower myself in bed as the remote control was always visible but also out my reach.Same with nurses button and trolley tap. My care was excellent! staff always chatty and smiling/patient, pushy-but considerate. The physios were firm but not strict they knew I could 'do it' - I didn't, but with their skill - I could - and did. I opted for Chapel Allerton for this procedure and would recommend it to anyone who asked. Long may you be in business!
